BBYMT 2026-2027 Priority Registration Form

(Current Students)

You’re receiving this form because your child/children is a current BBYMT student and invited to return for the 2026–2027 season. This form allows you to review the program details, select your enrollment option, and secure your child’s spot before registration opens to the public.

BBYMT operates as a full-year musical theatre training program, divided into two semesters. Students attend one weekly class focused on singing, dance, and acting, and participate in fully staged, costumed performances at the end of each term.

Program Schedule:

  • Classes run once per week

  • Possible class days:

    • Thursday evenings

    • Friday evenings

    • Saturdays during the day

  • Students are placed by age and grouping

  • Exact class times will be confirmed once enrollment is finalized

2026-2027 Program Timeline:

Fall Term

  • Dates: September 10th – December 12th, 2026

Winter Term

  • Training: Late January – April / early May 2027

Tuition:

Tuition includes:

  • Weekly instruction

  • Rehearsals

  • Participation in end-of-term performances

  • Costumes

Per-Term Tuition 2026/2027:

  • YSC Junior Program: $550 + HST

  • YSC Intermediate / Senior Program: $600 + HST

Loyalty Credit (Returning Students):

As a returning BBYMT family, you are eligible for a returning credit:

  • $50 credit when registering by April 15, 2026

  • $100 total credit if committing to the full year
    (applied as $50 per semester)

Credits are applied to tuition after the registration fee and are not transferable.

Registration Fees & Deadlines:

BBYMT uses Square as our secure payment processor. The payment method used for your registration fees will be securely saved on file via Square.

The payment method will be used to process remaining tuition charges automatically.

$150 + HST registration fee required to secure your child’s spot for the season (An invoice will be sent after registration)

A $20 administrative fee applies per term

  • Registration fee deadline: April 15, 2026 (Deposit is applied toward tuition)

*After April 15th, remaining spots will open to the public and credit may no longer be available.

Payment Options:

You may choose one of the following options for the remaining balance of your tuition. Families are welcome to pay their remaining tuition in full at any time before August 10th. Please contact us via email to do so (info@bbymt.ca)

Option 1: Remaining Balance in Full

  • Remaining tuition will be charged automatically on August 10th, 2026

Option 2: Two-Part Payment Plan

  • 50% of the remaining balance will be charged on August 10th, 2026

  • 50% of the remaining balance will be charged on September 10th, 2026

All charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file.

By registering, you authorize Broadway Bound Youth Musical Theatre to:

  • Save your payment method securely

  • Process scheduled payments based on your selected plan
